Portfolio Management Challenge

In the ever-evolving and competitive pharmaceutical industry of today, mastering effective multi-product communication has become absolutely essential!


Where the challenge come from?

The challenge arises from a multitude of factors tied primarily to the decisions process by our Physician parts when our Reps are in front of them to present various products. These factors include:

  1. Focusing on the first product(and the others become in the mind of Physician a sort of competitors of the first one!)

  2. Cognitive constraints (Our attention spans tend to be quite limited, particularly when we lack emotional engagement in the subject matter).

  3. Time limitations.

  4. Emotional influences.

  5. Motivational considerations.
